These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GMB Ranking (the "Service") at https://www.gmbranking.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GMB Ranking provides local-SEO tools including Google Business Profile management, geo-grid rank tracking, AI-assisted audits, review replies, posts, and keyword suggestions. Features may vary by subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage any Google Business Profile you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the policies of Google or other integrated providers.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate suggestions and content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it to your Google Business Profile. We do not guarantee specific ranking or business results.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB Ranking is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
